Regent Products Fraud Alert
To All Regent Products Customers:
The seemingly endless attempts by thieves to coerce our customers to send them money by impersonating Regent Products employees using fake email addresses never stops.
Their goal is to convince you that Regent:
A) Can’t accept checks either temporarily or permanently and you will have to pay any invoices to a bank account number they will supply via ACH or wire. Or
B) Changed our bank account for ACH and wire payments and you must use the new account info they will send you after you tell them when you will pay.
We have made no such changes.
Do not fall for their tactics. If you have any questions, call me at the number below.
You should always call any company at the number you know is theirs if you receive an email telling you to change payment practices, whether that email comes from Regent or somebody else.
Unfortunately everybody today needs to be more aware of the tactics thieves are using. Protect your company, question everything.
