  • All orders placed on our website are the customer's responsibility to approve, correct and advise us of any discrepancies. 
  • Once your order is placed through our website, a Customer Service associate will send you a confirmation of your order to review for errors and approval to ship.
  • At that time, you must respond to the email that the order is either APPROVED or NOT APPROVED and then list the reason(s) If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors not reported to us are the customer’s responsibility.)
  • If you APPROVED your order or state, "No Approval is needed" any discrepancies' will not be honored. 
  • If you did not advise us to remove item(s), via email confirmation, we will not offer any credit or replacement. 
  • There are no exceptions to this policy.
