Regent Products uses many trucking companies in addition to UPS. We do not ship via FEDEX or DHL

How can I contact the trucking company?


Log in to our website and in the “My Account Information” you will see a button “Track Orders” click on that button and all trucking company links will open up. Click on A thru Z to find the trucking company and website link. Or,you can visit http://www.regentproducts.com/track_orders_info.php to view the trucking company information without logging in.

How long does it take to ship an order?


Depends on the season. Typically an order can be pulled and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. But during our busier shipping season (August thru November) it could take 10 to 14 days. It’s best to contact your sales person or customer service to find out current shipping time frames.

Do you offer “Free Freight?"


No, we do not offer free freight... all merchandise ships from our warehouse F.O.B. River Grove, Illinois. It s the customers responsibility to pay for all freight. We have accounts with many competetive trucking companies and will always strive to get you the best shipping rate.

How much is my freight going to cost? 


Depending on the size, weight and where it’s shipping will determine how much the freight will cost. All freight is paid by the customer and will be quoted F.O.B. our warehouse located in River Grove, Illinois 60171 near Chicago. We will get several quotes for you and notify you of the charges before shipping your order.

I received my order but have shortages/damages “What do I do”?


All claims must be documented in writing with item number and piece count. It is the customer’s responsibility to count all cartons and note any shortages and or visible damage on the Bill of Lading while the truck driver is present.

*Regent Products Corp. must be notified in writing within (72) hours after receipt of order.

*We require a detailed list of any discrepancies.

*Regent Products Corp. will at its discretion reserve the right to not honor a claim if proper information is not submitted.

*All returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I track my Shipment?


Customers can track their order on-line or get telephone numbers to trucking companies.
1. Log in to our website
2. In “My Account Information” Customers will see a button “Track Orders” click on that button and all trucking company links will open up. Click on A thru Z to find the trucking company and website link.
3. The PRO # and Trucking company used to ship their order is listed in the Open Invoices button
4. Customer finds PRO # and trucking company under the Order Number.
5. Customer clicks on the trucking company website link and enters the PRO #
